The best aspects of my xmas stay were the cozy rooms and the friendly staff. The rooms were warm and comfortable, perfect for the chilly winter weather. The staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, always willing to assist with any needs or questions. the location of the hotel was ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. It was easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the holiday festivities.
The worst aspect of my xmas stay was the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. The sheets had visible stains and holes, indicating a need for an upgrade.

The room was well air-conditioned and large with bunk beds, cupboards and complimentary laundry, terrific service. The location was particularly good and lovely, next to Invermere and Radium, pub and the valley and easily accessible. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.
